“This story would be amusing
if it wasn’t so tragic. The Answerdam Alternative Care Collective (AACC) was a medical marijuana dispensary in San Diego.
It was doing the best it could to comply with the law: it was collectively run, it did not make
a profit, it verified its member patients, and it paid sales
tax
to the State Board of Equalization. So, what was the problem? San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis and the lack of a
local ordinance with

This landmark case has been in the works for four years, folks. Note the
precise wording used "The
ruling gives prosecutors a new opportunity to convict Stacy Robert Hochanadel, the founder of CannaHelp, and co-managers and owners James T. Campbell

Vons and Rite Aids in San Diego sends the wrong message to children…”OK, you’d never, ever see this report
on television news, but why not? That’s the tack Channel 7’s Mari Payton took in her medical cannabis “investigation”
on last night’s 11 p.m. newscast. The sensationalized top story, “Where’s the Weed?” was heavily promoted during commercial breaks and it’s currently splashed, with an image of a youth puffing
on a joint, across the front page of the NBC affiliate’s web site. The piece transposes images of cash and weed
with images those shock! bending images of school signs and kids on campus.

otherwise if they had watched Bill

As the patients
of physicians who recommend the use of marijuana to alleviate symptoms of conditions from which we suffer, who should we believe?
Should we be listening to the staggering amount of medical research, our doctors, and trained scientists? Or should we believe
the narcotics officers and District Attorneys like Bonnie Dumanis who mindlessly spout “Marijuana has no medical value
because I read it in my CNOA handout.”
Will there ever come a time when patient’s rights are respected
and health issues are actually resolved by our health officials, rather than overzealous bias driven prosecutors and misguided
narcotics officers?
The Los Angeles District Attorney, having solved every other crime problem in the county, has decided
to start going after medical marijuana dispensaries.
This past month has been full of medical herb news. This was a big week, as
well. Friday Oktober 8th was a HUGE day in the medical cannabis world, as the state/federal machine chewed up more citizens,
and spit them out without regard for basic human compassion
Some, who were raided in San Diego on September 9, 2009,
were just robbed of their money and medicine, (like the December 12, 2005 raids), others were jailed, while still others were
charged and jailed. A couple caregivers caught the fed's eyes for some reason.
Just know this: these monsters will not
stop, more RAIDS are coming, until you decide YOU WILL NOT TAKE IT anymore. All of us together, it starts
with you. There were only twenty people or so protesting out in front of the state and federal courthouses in San Diego this
week. This is not enough.
Euphoria is not a crime. No matter what your hopes and dreams are, reality is Herr
Dumanis and her SS troops dressed in black. Coming for you! This is not fear-mongering, this is just the way it is. Never
bow to the thought police. Resist. Try to remember peace.
Politicians: We don't need more poorly worded laws, we need justice and compassion!
The war on patients has risen to a
new level of violence. So we must create new tactics of peace!
We need volunteers to bring as
many wheelchair bound patients, seriously ill cannabis patients, and their supporters to the upcoming trials of
caregivers in San Diego County. Who is ready to help 'roll a thousand chairs' onto the scene and STOP THE MADNESS
NOW?
Donna Lamberts trial isn't until December, but others are going on right now in New Berlin.....do
you care! Show it, please
September 17, 2009; 9:04 a.m.;... Most people agree the laws governing medical marijuana are vague and confusing. ...
The picture of the menu is a tribute to a FINE herb spot shut down on 9 9 09
by nazi storm troopers armed to the teeth. A snarling pack of wild dogs sent by Bonnie Demonic to disrupt the peace.
God bless the brothers at THC.
Tonight, I was the guest of Concerned Citizens
of Laguna Woods for a community meeting to discuss medical cannabis. Laguna Woods is the only city in Orange County to adopt an ordinance regulating medical cannabis collectives. The city's decision to authorize a storefront patients' association is remarkable
because it is the result of a grassroots movement in a city wherethe average resident is 78 years old.
Gilroy Dispatch - Chris Bone - Oct 8, 2009 Vietnam veteran Richard Diehl recently obtained his medical marijuana card
and said nothing compares to cannabis.
"The California Narcotic Officers Association (CNOA) is hosting a training luncheon on October 8 so that Los Angeles
County District Attorney Steve Cooley, Los Angeles City Attorney Carmen Trutanich, and local law enforcement can
school their colleagues how to close down medical cannabis collectives in the county. Documents
obtained by Americans for safe Access (ASA) indicate this is at least the second time the CNOA, a notoriously anti-medical
cannabis lobby group, has hosted a training for law enforcement with an ominous goal - "The Eradication of Medical Marijuana
Dispensaries in the City of Los Angeles and Los Angeles County."

9 17 2998 James Stacy and Joe Nunez are in the cage FOR YOU!
One
of two charged under OBAMA's FEDERAL REGIME, in New Berlin, during the 9 9 2009 Assault on Medical Cannabis patients
and their caregivers, Movement in Action's James Stacy has been under federal custody with no communication and
at one point he could not even be located for two days. Many more are caged in state jails.
While we are
talking FEDS, Joseph Nunez from The Green Kross in Pacific Beach, is also being charged in (San Diego) federal court for three
counts, two for distributing controlled substances, and one for "manufacturing" cannabis plants.
