while the city, the MMTF, the CPC(s), the mayor, the city council proper, and the traditional media jerk us around, will not do. That would be irresponsible, and foolish, not to mention dangerous,
unhealthy even. They can shuck and jive all they want, but we
will wage peace, our way, taking the fight to the enemies of compassion.

this just in from one of the herb folks who is awakeCivil and criminal legal actions are being used, by the folks who are paid
to protect us all, to circumvent the will of the people, viv-a-vis medical cannabis. The California Police Chiefs association, along with many other morally bankrupt agencies
in California, are going about their business without a care. They employ law firms who specialize in 'shutting down medical marijuana' in
communities all over the state. ASA SD strongly suggests we go to classes and hear attorneys speak about the ins and outs.... They would like for you to come out and
'learn' about it. Why? ASA SD wants you to spend your time today in Escondido, attending another 'class': Is this expedient? Do you
really think if we all sit around and 'talk', and 'learn' and socialize, we will change anything. We do not need to hear more
proof, the other side is on the offense, and we should be too. Its time to stop talking and start acting. Civil
actions, and massive civil disobedience, are beginning. We have enough information. If you really don't, then read this site and
contemplate a bit more, but time is wasting away.

The Medical Cannabis Task Force (MCTF) recommendations, offered to
the city in 2002, were ignored. Eight years later, here we are…. patiently waiting for the government's blessings while they wage war on the sick.
What
is being done
to Mother Earth Alternative Healing Cooperative (MEAHC)
in Fallbrook, is just the tip of the iceberg. We
received reports of other Cease and Desist Orders going out in additional select herb spots this week. Since the MMTF has been exposed as a sham, fizzling out as we
speak, the 'authorities' shift the front to
other venues. They can't stand the fact Fallbrook welcomed medical cannabis.
They will not accept, nor tolerate, the fact proposition 215 is law.
Why? Because they do not
even pretend to honor state law, and know the public is asleep. Herr Bonnie Dumanis and her brigade of evildoers count on it. They have no morals, they are spiritually bankrupt.
They have begun the process of seizing properties of locations
who were raided on 9 9 2009. Contacting landlords. Serving papers.
They are changing their tactics, and so we MUST TOO!
Senate Bill 420 was 'shoved down their throat', as they see it. The law be damned, they willfully defy the will of the people. Are we going to take it anymore, herb folks, peace lovers? HELL NO, not on our watch. Do we hear a roaring AMEN out there
herb folks? We have initiated The 1000 Chairs Rolling movement, as just one way to wage peace.
Nothing could be more powerful than seeing the 'weakest'among us
take on the powers that be, leading from the front lines. Remember the chinese

emails from Mother Earth ('coop'), the only government sanctioned cannabis provider in New Berlin. The only one 'doing it
right'. Their excuses were rather disingenuous,
to put it mildly. So, here is a bit more input for
y'all. When, and if, they get off our case and stop attacking the Herb Folks, then we
will stop publishing the facts, provable facts, and let the public record speak for itself. FYI, we are aware of
the personal attacks Kim made this week, when she tried to make a case against the herb folks organization, pleading with our pastor to shut
us up. He wouldn't even try to stifle us, Kim, so leave us alone. And

ours reported a strange situation... In August, just
after the raids, it occured to our friend, there must be some magic
in the way Kim Twolan runs Mother Earth Collective, so he asked her what it was about her herb spot that allowed to be 'safe' from Bonnie's thugs. Her reply was a blank stare, no words came out of her mouth. So, being the smart guy he is, he went to the SD government office which houses business licenses, and was surprised to find that in fact, Kim was listed as the OWNER (not collective director, not coop leader, OWNER) of an establishment located at 325 Washington. A) that's illegal, as far as our lawyers know, nobody can 'own' a collective. b) M.E. is not located at 325 Washington. Remember, we reported they finally came out with their correct address, on FOrt Stockton, after much ado, just a few weeks back. c) Our friend went back
into the SD business office downtown, about the same time Kim's
address became public knowledge (thanks NUG, thanks SO Cal Norml).... no change. What does that tell you, herb folks?
2010-02-05 HerbFolks.org Seven years since the last 'task farce' was
blown off by City Officials. Fourteen years since
the people of California spoke LOUDLY, in granting citizens medical herb 'rights'. One year since Barack Obuma lied to the American people
through his AG, Holder, to fool the public, and more importantly, draw brave/foolish souls out into the open so they could
be cut
down, "like bunnies in a field". One year since 'wave 2' of Operation Green R/X swept up our finest citizens (brave/foolish though they were).
Good news, herb folks, they blew it with that 'raid', the so called ground hog day massacre. Why? Because we are fighting back,
getting behind Eugene, Donna, Jovan, Nathan, Paul, Eddy Lepp, and the rest. When the next set of raids come (its imminent, folks), a new set of martyrs will be born. These
are the ones who will pick up the slack in our pitiful 'movement', and lead the charge to the top of the mountain, as it were.
Fresh troops in the war to set our people free. 'They', think we are stupid, and have no backing in the community...this is debatable. 'They' think
its ok to pound
on the sick, going to 'their' churches and temples each weekend to hear their so called religious leaders prattle on about imaginary
tales from dusty old books, blissfully ignorant of their complicity in crimes against humanity. Tick Tock, time is just about up folks, this thing is
going to blow sky high, get ready for the final battle in the war on patients. Make no mistake, herb folks, the MMTF is a scam, they use it to slow us down, while they continue
to abuse the hell out of us, making a mockery of our so called "rights". Do we really enjoy the rule of law, or not? Do we have

Captain McDonald graced the meeting with their presence, and as expected, trashed the whole concept of medical cannabis, resisting all the way. They attempt to write law... While both claimed they follow the AG Guidelines, their interpretations were rather stupid. They objected to anyone with a recommendation being able to join a collective making MMJ too available to non MMJ interests. This is practicing medicine without a license. And they objected to whatever documentation provided "proving" non-profit status. Not
enough documentation, they said. This is practicing law without a license. Hogwash. These
are more delaying tactics, while they plan the next set of raids to deny safe access. Time for debate is over. |

Update Congratulations, M.E. has listed their address in their first NUG issue (after three issues without
an address). They
had no choice at this point.... Progress? 2009-12-21 09:14 update: As of this minute the M.E. Coop
(San Diego) is still listed on CANORML without an address. For years now.... Also, Kim's Mother Earth (not the one in Fallbrook with
a similar name, the Mother Earth Alternative Health Collective) has two page articles, (a huge expensive, colorful add really)
in all three issues of NUG out in the community. None of these thousands of printed magazines listed their address, why is that? At
least So Cal Norml does list their address finally, as of today. Thanks So Cal NORML, perhaps CANORML will follow
suit. Why does Marti Emerald think this (Kim and Thors) particular medical cannabis coop deserves to represent all in
this field,
for all of the 3.2 million citizens (and 30,000 legal herb patients), on the San Diego Medical Marijuana Task Force?
Ask her. Ask Marti, or the Mayor, or Bonnie Dumanis, perhaps? They surely must be

of Kim Twolan, or explain why Kim hides her address, and stays 'safe' while everyone else since 2004 (how long Kim, by her own admission,
has been in 'business') has been busted or simply raided and threatened with arrest by the police. Everyone else, except Mother Earth Coop, has gone down. Yet Kim,
THor, and 'Kelly' run a so called dispensary, with apparent immunity..... why? How? And Marti must answer for Thor, who threatens
HERBFOLKS.ORG and others who dare to ask whats up with their 'relationship' with Marti, and Bonnie. Why

News: "UnderGround" Medical Marijuana Shop Found! One of our more astute readers found out where the hidden 'coop' who has been open for all these
years without being molested by the police
is located! Is this a case of Plausible deniability? You decide. The
fact is, they don't list their address anywhere else..... our kind reader is calling this Mother-Gate! Did
Nug print their address on purpose? Is it a leak? No matter, the information
was first printed in their magazine (NUG) magazine, its public knowledge now. Please note this is not the same medical cannabis collective
as the well publicized, 'above ground' Fallbrook group with a similar name. 904 Fort Stockton is where Kim Twolan & Thor's Mother Earth is located. ThaNkS NuG! And Thanks to Norma Jean for sending us
this information. She thought you all might want to know, since there has been such a fuss about why Kim's 'club' was
picked by Marti Emerald to represent ALL "LEGAL" medical marijuana collectives, as the ONLY rep for mmj dispensaries and collectives/coops
on the San Diego MMTF. Many wondered out loud why Kim, or City Council Member Marti for that matter has never publicly revealed where
Kim sells medical marijuana. Now we know! Many folks have been after us for some time to publish the location....now its moot. If requested, we will remove this information, if they (Kim and Marti Emerald) can explain why they
hide, when and if Nug removes it as well. Their address is listed
