up in the L.A. herb scene. Us San Diego based herb folks have no idea what any of this means, except this:
we know all kinds of strife, including violence and corruption encroach upon us, herb lovers, as in
the greater society in which we co-exist. We have reports, things such as this Bev Hills NORML person speaks
of, are going on in New Tienamen the town on Mission Bay, aka San Diego, with different organizations and
people, yet verifiable. This is at once, very regrettable and harmful to our mission. Going
forward, this website wil l contain this kind of energy within a specific section, so that the pure
peace lovers without a care in the world don't have to see it when they visit here for other purposes,
other than political, that is. Its distasteful yet part of life, someone has to report on cannabis news, and provide

debate is over. There is no question, no room for doubt, your government has brainwashed your mother, father, brother, grandmother, preacher,
daughter, doctor (most
of them), lawyer (or are they just opportunists), teacher (or are they afraid to lose their jobs), Captain (or is
she afraid of losing her job), and maybe even your best friend. So its done. Damage done. What are we going to do about
it? Its on us, herb lovers, peace lovers! Hemp for victory, power to the people. Euphoria is not a crime! Wage Peace Through Cannabis and Understanding, that's how we will undo it, together. Using civil lawsuits and when its time, perhaps
civil disobedience. Gandhi had it right: speak truth to power, educate your folks, and stand firm. The Thousand Chairs Rolling
vision is coming to fruition, it can't be stopped. Shoot us, lock us up, steal our money, ruin our lives, no matter. When the good
people of this nation decide they are not going to be treated like children (worse really), or criminals, for using
the plant the
creator gave us, the jig is up.
2010-02-09 18:11 update: Today we received a complaint
from Kim at Mother Earth that we were not being fair to her. And that we did not know what we were talking about regarding collective
ownership, citing
NORML as her source. Hogwash. We double checked with our folks within NORML, at both ends of the state, and sure enough, we are correct.
Actually we asked before we published this morning, and again this afternoon at four pm. If we are so off base about Kim's
special relationship with Marti, and Bonnie, then she should just publish once and for all, the precise information only she knows, which
allows her to be 'legal', while the rest are not. Its been widely reported, both the police and the DA's offices are unaware of ANY LEGAL dispensaries, collectives,
period. So how does Kim and Thor's 'collective' survive? Ask her! We are done with them. Done with the MMTF. Done with waiting for the city/county/feds
to respect state
laws. We are on the offensive, legally speaking, and morally, and won't waste time mincing words or begging for legitimacy which will never come
without a fight. A big legal fight. Its on! wikipedia says: A collective is a group of entities that share or are motivated
by at least one common issue or interest, or work together on a specific project(s) to achieve a common objective. Collectives
are also characterised by attempts to share and exercise political and social power and to make decisions
on a consensus-driven and egalitarian basis. Collectives
differ from cooperatives in that they are not
necessarily focused upon an economic benefit or saving (but can be that as well). To put the word in context, SB 420 authorized patient "cooperatives" or "collectives" to distribute or sell
medical marijuana on a non-profit basis to their members. It does not say, a person whose business license states they OWN THE BUSINESS
may distribute medical marijuana.... It clearly says collectives, or cooperatives may.
Which is why the most prominent attorney in the state, Bill Panzer, said to one of our staff members when asked directly
this question ("who can own a collective"), "nobody, a collective cant' be owned".
GOT IT? Argue with Mr. Panzer, Thor and Kim, and leave us alone...we are done with you. Quit wasting our time.
Answer the
question, what makes you legal and keeps you unmolested? Be prepared, you will be asked at a future meeting of the San Diego MMTF directly. Answer
them. The brother who asked you directly in person the first time, which prompted him to view and obtain copies
of your business license himself, (NOT OUR EDITOR, btw), will be there to ask you in front of everyone, if the

Cal NORML is investigating complaints from chronic pain patients who have been forced to submit
to drug testing and
threatened with a cutoff of prescription pain medications
if they use medical marijuana. Please let us know if you are aware of
any patients in San Diego who have had this problem. Pain clinics have been under increasing pressure
to drug test their patients due to concerns about diversion of prescription opium. Despite the fact that clinics are under no legal obligation whatsoever to test for marijuana, many have been
doing so out of fear of government prosecution. Not a single
doctor has ever been punished for allowing medical marijuana use. Medically, there is no justification for denying marijuana to chronic pain patients. Numerous studies have shown
that marijuana is helpful for chronic pain, and actually helps

safe access? YOU!The title of the following article from Massachusetts says it all. Without your
participation, this madness will never end. This is a struggle, and you should not expect someone else to carry your load. You know the pro's and con's.
Look at the cases of herb helping autism in children. We lack leadership,
some whine. Bullshit, the true leaders of the free herb movement are all around you working themselves to death, literally and figuratively.
Often, these leaders have a much larger personal burden than you all. Especially you who are
smoking the plant primarily because it
feels good….. not something we disdain, in fact most herb folks I know enjoy the herb. But you gain from our pain, without cost. Please help the sick, herbheads.
There is abundant proof of healing here for you to learn about and share
with the ignorant. Ignorant, because they don't know. Tell
them.
Then there are
the folks who do not care about the sick, dying, or anyone but themselves. Average Republi-Crats all.AMA/DEA/Blackwater shills. They
are the enemy. Look them in the eye and demand social justice, now. Take the fight to them. Get in their faces. Be

On November 24th, 2009, the CPC voted to reject the medical marijuana
task force recommendations.... not the MCTC from 2002, the 2009 MMTF! The San Diego CPC is running rough-shod over medical cannabis
patients, and their caregivers. If we
let them keep screwing us, we won't ever have safe access to our chosen medicine, in part due to "community planners" (aka CPC members) who know no
boundaries: they bring their prejudice
and bias against us to bear in "community" groups such as this one. Its our turn, to really get involved, everywhere
the intolerant conspire, against patients rights to safe access. They
voted to ban store front collectives, to disallow grandfathering, and are looking for a total ban. Find out ways
