Jackson: One victory, and 60+ casualties.... The Military (aka NCIS) and Bonnie's Gestapo units prey on us, not the other way around. Where is Obama now?
Where is his Attorney General (Holder);
is he aware federal resources are STILL BEING USED TO CIRCUMVENT STATE LAW? Where is Gov. Arny? Where is Jerry Sanders? All of them are standing with our DA, against
the citizens of San Diego; which side are you on? What are you going do do about it? Mr. Jackson, and Joe Malone got fooled, then arrested, by Detective Henderson (aka Jamie Conlon), in August 2008.
Then 33 (delivery service) people were arrested by
the same sdpd/ncis/atf/dea team (the coalition of the mean), in February 2009. The delivery caregivers only came, because undercover agents lured them there under false pretenses. Bonnie's 'team'
had to cheat, going after caregivers, because they are too weak to ferret out real
drug dealers. Our proof: none of the "ground hog day" (Feb 3,4,5
2009 raids) caregivers had any connection to the military. Notice how Bonnie quit talking about the military
as 'victims' of cannabis caregivers, since.... Bonnie hasn't proven anyone sold or gave cannabis to military members, legally or otherwise. None, no proof. No troops were ever in danger, for a minute. Court records and numerous interviews with "defendants" show the ugly side of the sixteen-month-plus investigation
dubbed Operation Endless Summer / Operation Green Rx. The illegal entrapment's stated
intent was to catch drug dealers and violent criminals, preying on military families in a Pacific Beach neighborhood, and all
over San Diego. But this always was a lie. Folks listed on websites, like CANORML.ORG,
as medical cannabis caregivers are not typically drug dealers, and none are known to be violent. Most assaulted by "the coalition of the mean", that
came before Jovan, these past two years plead guilty under duress, plain and simple. Though they did what Jovan did. What Joe Malone, Rev. Paul Cody, Donna Lambert, Eugene
Davidovich, Rich Hertz, the MIA
crew, Bart, Sean, Stacy, did.... the list is long folks. Their lives are in shambles, and
we can't even get an "I'm
sorry" out of the DA or the police. Stop accepting Bonnie's lies; she must be held accountable. Instead of fighting crime, she's using
agents pretending to be medical cannabis patients. More caregivers were jailed, and robbed, (few have been
charged YET), on 9 9, '09. The same
cops play out exactly the same entrapment scenario over and over, these past 16+ months, as was done to Mr.
Jackson. At Bonnies direction...... total and abject nonsense, running the same scam on the public, all under the same pretext. This week Jovan
was found innocent... yet the DA rails on as if nothing of consequence happened. As history illustrates, bullies never cease their activity without force. Will Bonnie voluntarily change
directions and admit her "mistakes"? Will she free the falsely accused, and convicted? Will she drop pending charges? Will she rectify the damage she's done? Are we going to accept anything less than complete
vindication, for all of Bonnie & Jerry's victims. NO! Why does our DA continue to commandeer Naval and other FEDERAL resources,
pretending CANORML associated caregivers are "preying"
on the military? The Feb. 2009 arrests were the second wave, using Detective Scott Henderson and crew
to pose as patients. Posing as legitimate medical cannabis patients;
where is the outrage? The third wave
of assaults, was this past summer, and the fourth wave is imminent, barring divine intervention. ________________________________________________________________________________
2009-12-04 8:10 am Bonnie Lies, KUSI shys KUSI Channel Ten News made it possible
for District Attorney B. Dumanis to spew hate all over the airwaves and internet in the previous days new cycle. More bad press for medical cannabis, more "good" press for the DA, who is running for re-election. A nice looking, pleasant female talking head retracted the 'plant' of mis-information on this mornings broadcast.
Not the DA's office. Not San Diego's DA. The news
left out Bonnie Dumanis should have starred in the televised "Bonnie Dumanis Jovan Jackson retraction".
We expect nothing less than her profuse apologies. This did not happen. Instead, she has free unlimited use of "the media" to abuse the
public's trust, and got away with it. Again.

Release DEMAND FOR RETRACTION/CORRECTION FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (December 3, 2009) Please be advised that at 8:10 am on the KUSI News morning
segment, District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis made a false and misleading statement regarding the defendant in a medical marijuana case, People v. Jovan Jackson. Contrary to Ms. Dumanis’ assertion, Mr. Jackson
was not found guilty of Possession For Sale of Ecstasy and Xanax as a result of items found inside of his residence. In response to the question; ”
this person was convicted of selling Xanax and Ecstasy,” Ms. Dumanis responded
“that’s right.“ That is not right. He was found guilty of Simple Possession Ecstasy
and Xanax. He was never accused of any other sales charges. We are very disappointed that Ms. Dumanis and KUSI allowed this misinformation to be disseminated to the
public. This is an authorized statement from
Mr. Jackson’s defense team. Lance Rogers attorney for Jovan Jackson TURNER LAW GROUP APC ATTORNEYS AT LAW Kathryn Lange Turner Jason Gregory Turner K. Lance Rogers 110 West C. am KFMB, KPBS &
San Jose Mercury News, don't know the basic facts! They're not alone in mis-reporting landmark case! Most internet and mainstream news outlets
are still incorrectly reporting Mr. Jackson was arrested September
9 2009 and charged in this trial. It stemmed from charges from August 2008. Jovan
was the first original Operation Green
RX / Operation Endless Summer victim to go to
trial. The first, because he fought hard for his rights, they were not handed to him freely. The rest plead quilty
in plea bargains, or are pending trials, or have threats hanging over their heads to be prosecuted "for a year"....additional
raids, police assaults, and robberies occurred in February
2009, and September 2009, after Jovan's first arrest in 2008. Deputy DA James Pitt was not even mentioned in most accounts; a travesty all by itself. The judge
kept it from the jury and "the media" don't want you to know now; why? __________________________________________________________________________________________________________

2009-12-02 Many news outlets are incorrectly
reporting Mr. Jackson was arrested September 9 2009 and charged in this trial. His trial stemmed from charges from August
2008. Jovon was the first of the original Operation Green RX / Operation Endless Summer victims to come to trial, in the kingdom of
Bonnie Dumanis. We are right and Bonnie is wrong. Wrong for the future of America's finest city. Justice came
at a high price for 96 others besides Jovan; hundreds of lives wrecked by our rogue DA and her crime partners. Will the city and county governments
respond appropriately to the will of the people, now that the medical cannabis community has been vindicated? War
is still being waged on legitimate medical cannabis patients by San Diego 'officials'. It must end. How can we keep the pressure up,
and remove Bonnie Dumanis from power? Help free Donna, Eddy Lepp, Charles Lynch, and all the rest of the thousands of Cannabis POWs,
won't you herb folks? The Bully Bonnie must go, the sooner the better. Its up to you, to Wage Peace.

2009-12-01 11:45:15am Jovan Jackson was declared NOT QUILTY, today, even though not all of
the truth was heard by his jury. Like where patient James Pitt worked? The prosecutor said afterwards, for
TV crews (channel 10 among them): "these
cases are all different, with different facts". That
is the lie; all the cases began and ended with detectives using false id, who lied to doctors, then lied to caregivers to obtain medical cannabis. They are all essentially the same case: entrapment: there was no detective work. It took ten minutes
of "detective" time to find and print out a list from the internet, of honest citizens. Real drug dealers sneak and hide,
not advertise on the internet. Ms. Dumanis persecutes the sick and the dying, and their caregivers like Mr. Jackson, as if its righteous
and good. The military was never in danger from Jovan's collective, rather from the collective efforts of Answerdam. The DA conspired with rogue elements within the federal government (DEA, NCIS, ATF, and who knows
who else), pretending to protect the troops and their families. Why? ______________________________________________________________________ December 1, 2009 We wait. Jovan's jury is deliberating, having begun
at 2:45 pm yesterday afternoon. Dana from the UT, bless her heart, produced this version of yesterday's trial of Jovan Jackson. Her editor controls the content you
end up seeing, so we don't know if she tried to report the facts, with all pertinent information. Dana Littlefield signonsandiego.com aka Union Tribune Jury begins deliberating
medical marijuana case SAN DIEGO COURTS: The trial
of a man accused of selling medical marijuana out of a Kearny Mesa office suite could hinge on whether a jury believes he was part of a legal collective that cultivated and distributed the drug
among its members. A San Diego Superior Court jury began deliberating the case yesterday. If convicted of several counts related to possession and sale of marijuana, Jovan Jackson could
be sent to prison for more than five years. Deputy District Attorney
Chris Lindberg argued yesterday that Jackson, 31, and his associates illegally sold marijuana to anyone who walked through the door at Answerdam Alternative Care Collective. The prosecutor
described the dispensary on Convoy Court as a retail business, rather than a “team effort” by people who grew the drug to treat their illnesses. “It’s about profits, it’s
not about patients,” said Lindberg, who argued that Jackson was
the owner and manager of the collective. Defense attorney Lance Rogers described Answerdam as a professionally run clinic
formed in 2007 by a group of medical marijuana patients who wanted to provide
“safe and legal access” to its members. Patients were required
to show a doctor’s recommendation before obtaining the drug and sign an agreement that outlined how the collective
worked. Rogers told the jury that although California law allows the use of marijuana
for medical purposes, federal law does not. He said the Answerdam investigation was comprised
of both state and federal law enforcement officials, some of whom exhibited
a “fundamental misunderstanding of the law.” _____________________________________________________________
2009-11-20 Its nine am and nobody is in front of the courthouse, except one old fool with a
sign. The supporters had gone inside already.... who is going to inform the folks walking by? How are they going to know what
is happening? Then at 9:30 two ASA leaders walked up, said High, and went inside. Cool enough. An hour went by, nobody else
came out, except a number of undercover cops..... Then, a lady preacher came out of the courthouse, engaging a nicely
dressed black lady, about her religion. Of course we were intriqued. When we asked them if she believed in the dictum, HayZues
himself is purported to have said, in answer to the question "what is true religion",
she said "yes, but thats not all..... we gotta start down low"..... so we did not have
a meeting of the minds, it seems. Its quite simple, its binary, either you take what he said as fact, or you add a bunch of
junk on top and push your agenda. The "pastor" changed the subject, when I told her Medical Cannabis was involved...
she kept calling it Marijuana.... and equated it with Cocaine. Oh yeah, the answer is "to
visit the sick and the fatherless". The preacher failed the test god laid on her, through us. She flat out did
not get it, or care about OUR SICK FOLKS; she had her mind made up. The "Facts" from her own book, notwithstanding. The
kind, smiling, preacher lady is named Dr. PHYLISS WRIGHT-JONES, "PASTOR, Church of Prosperity, Church of Deliverance,
Church Where the Spirit of God" (all caps on her card, literally ending after the word "God"). She may be reached
at 619 581 9662 or 619 228-1051. www.icanministries@yahoo.com. Ask her if she's looked into Jovan's situation, or if she cares
at all about the sick and dying. PS: Pastor Jones did not care one whit what was happening inside the courthouse, in
our humble opinion. She smiled and snickered when informed why Jovan was inside, for VISITING THE SICK AND THE FATHERLESS.
She did not skip a beat. What God does she represent again? Is she one of those Joel whats-his-name prosperity preachers,
working the crowd for a buck? Hmmm..... see you in church! Channel 10 news was there, and just
now (5:30 pm) it aired a fairly balanced story, as they were in the courtroom. CNN, FOX, BBC, where are
you?
2009-11-18 San Diego prosecutor admits to being a medical marijuana user in the trial of a man who manages a
medical marijuana collective. The news is covering it. The radio is talking
about it. This is my comment and you can quote
me if you like; Donna Lambert 619 381-1263 "IT IS
TIME TO COME OUT OF THE CANNABIS CLOSET AND SUPPORT MR. JAMES PITTS" Mr Pitts, the prosecutor who smoked pot
did nothing wrong. I hope Mr. Pitts gains the courage to stand up and speak out. I hope Mr. Pitts has heard of LEAP.
(Law Enforcement Against Prohibition) The deputy district attorney is not the only one who uses marijuana.
This is no big shock. So do police officers, the families and friends of police
officers, friends of the mayor, school teachers, computer programmer s, attorneys, government workers, and many other educated
professionals. Marijuana is a non-toxic alternative to dangerous pharmaceuticals. Any intelligent person with
a condition that may receive benefit from this PLANT is right for at least trying it
legally with a doctors recommendation."
Also, with respect to Jovan Jackson the manager of Answerdam
medical marijuana collective; I would like to address two mis-statements in this newscast. The reporter said that Jovan Jackson
was on trial for "selling the drug to an undercover officer". Actually, the reporter should have said the most important
factor. The undercover officer was a VALID MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENT WHO LIED TO HIS DOCTOR TO OBTAIN
A VALID MEDICAL MARIJUANA RECOMMENDATION. This officer lied to the doctor to obtain the valid recommendation,
then used said recommendation and a matching false California ID, signed papers and joined Jovan's collective . Jovan is not on trial for "illegal
drug sales". Jovan Jackson is on trial for running a medical marijuana collective in San Diego County, which has attempted
to overturn the law, subvert the law, arrest and terrorize patients, caregivers , and anybody who attempts to collectively
associate.
The law is confusing. We need people registerin g to vote for next Junes elections so that
we can get candidates into office who will respect and uphold the United States Constituti on and the will of the voters,
who legalized marijuana for medical use 13 years ago.
We need phone calls to the any and all local
government agencies to tell them to quit wasting taxpayer money on subverting the law, and start working with the community,
the sick, dying and disabled patients who need safe and affordable access, as was the stated intention of 1994's SB420.
As far as I know, Jovan Jackson is the
first person in San Diego County to actually go to trial since the United States Supreme court refused to hear San Diego's bid to overturn state law. The remaining medical marijuana trials have a
different set of issues, but I thought you would like to be kept up on the medical marijuana-beat. Take care, Donna Lambert PS: I am also currently
awaiting trial, falsely charged with 7 felonies for helping a legitimate patient twice, who happened to be an undercover
officer who lied to his doctor to obtain a valid medical marijuana recommendation). For my background, please refer to http://thcompassion.org/

Breaking Herb News! Important
developments in the trial of Jovan Jackson, today November 16, 2009 Although Chris Linbergh the prosecutor fought hard not to reveal this information, the news nonetheless came out today. A
Deputy District Attorney with Bonnie Dumanis’ office was found to be a legitimate medical cannabis patient who was a
member of Jovan’s collective. This deputy was not in any undercover capacity, he was simply a patient
obtaining medication legally from the collective. This Deputy DA will be on the stand to testify during trial and his name
will be released later this afternoon. In Department 33, in San Diego
Superior Court, at 220 W. Broadway, the court session began at 3pm with the judge calling the two attorneys (Jacksons and
the prosecutor) into her closed chambers. When she came out, she bought the prosecution additional time by saying she needed
time to review the case herself, telling everyone to come back in the morning, at 8:30 am. There is a distinct possibility
the judge will allow the prosecutor to do an end run around the core of the defense, by not allowing medical cannabis to even
be discussed, much less invoked at all. Do we smell something rotten? Will there even be a semblance of justice? stay tuned, this is going to be a bit of
a wild ride, folks.

2009-10-16 To the San Diego Medical Marijuana Community, Please read this
brief and learn it. Share this with your attorneys. This contains the DA's office
logic in prosecutions of medical marijuana "storefronts". Pg 9 and 10 were mis-scanned after page 12. Read
all cases on the Americans for Safe Access Website related to medical marijuana. A "storefront", a "dispensary",
a "collective", in the end, there needs to be a clear consensus for the safe and affordable distribution of medical
marijuana in San Diego County. Asa Legal section ASA collection of Landmark Decisions We, you and I, can wait to be picked off one by one like ducks at a shooting range, or we can
become very united and confront these legal issues. Anybody and everybody including medical
marijuana patients who groups together with only two people growing is at equal jeapordy. Case after case
quietly snakes its way through San Diego as our rights are trampled on. We are the low hanging fruit on the easy tree
for "arrest numbers" and "felony drug convictions". The status quo in court is
to strip the patient of their medical status, get a judge to order that the jury not hear the medical defense, and try us
as drug dealers. This may apply to you if you simply own a scale and have more than one strain of marijuana. This
may also apply to you if you and one other friend get together and grow. If you were or are aware of the travesty of
justice happening in San Diego courts, it would shock your socks off! It does not matter who you
are or how you do it, the District Attorney would like to hunt you down and prosecute you. If you believe this does
not apply to you, because you are "doing it right", or "following the AG guidelines", THINK
AGAIN! At my recent 995 hearing, the judge said that the "AG
guidelines" were "just an opinion and not law" and the court can disregard them (If I understand
correctly.) Also if you have any motions, discoveries, court hearing transcripts etc, in
pdf format or responses forward them to Please mention if you want them kept private so only a person with a direct need can access or available to
anybody. She will start a motion bank for San Diego so that we can address the particular issues in our
community. Please consider calling or writing the ACLU and ask them to look into the abuse in San
Diego County - particulary in the case of Jovan Jackson and Cletus Greathouse. ACLU and ACLU Foundation of

Hello,
Here is a copy of the Trial Brief that has been prepared by Chris Lindberg for
my trial on November 13, 2009. I really think it would be good information and intel for all to have. The contradictions
he makes regarding the LAW are amazing. We should all be well prepared for how the DA may try and attack this at trial.
If it can help anyone beat their case in the end it has done its job! Pass it around!
