STOP ALL OPERATION GREEN RX's 

We are sad to report there is a bit of propaganda going on in this story. Note the middle of the video has an ASA banner displayed.

It also has a bunch of mostly ASA signs carried by folks from other protests at the end. None of this happened the day Lucia came up

Broadway, alone, weeping to herself. There was one person there with a sign, from HerbFolks.org, then three ASA activists happened by,

Just then Lucia looked up, and saw "MARIJUANA" on a sign, and shouted in Spanish. None of this was planned, nor was ASA central. So Cal NORML

legal folks jumped in, nobody else. But the video appears to put ASA SD at the center of this victory. Not even close. Not one ASA attorney has been

at the center of one legal case we are aware of, this year at least, in San Diego. Lots of films, photo ops, and passion, but no lawyers on the front lines. 

The gentleman in the video happened by at that time and interpreted for her, on the spot. We did not know him, he is not one of the herb folks

from any group we know. Spontaneously, all of the herb folks in the original video (first portion of the vid) swarmed Lucia as she poured out her story.

The HerbFolks guy had a camera that day (one of the only times ever) and snapped the picture on our front page and the first one at the top of this page,

in awe of the scene 'randomly unfolding'. But be clear folks, ASA was a bit player, only, but happily.

What is the point of this monolog? That ASA needs to do a lot more than record photo ops; step up with attorneys in this town or stop taking credit for

everything good that happens. This is about a lot more than Eugene Davidovich and his (mostly correct) view of Operation Green RX. Stop it? No, we never will alone....

Stop all GESTAPO actions like what was done to Lucia? HELL YES, what else could we do?
