Deputy DA a defense witness at pot trial
San Diego courts: A deputy district attorney
who admitted being a member of a medical-marijuana collective in Kearny Mesa testified yesterday that he
couldn't remember
whether he read the details of a document he signed two years ago in order to buy the drug. James Pitts' testimony
came during a
trial for Jovan Jackson, 31, who prosecutors say was the manager of Answerdam Alternative
Care Collective, where drugs were sold for profit, a violation
of the state's medical-marijuana laws.Pitts
was called by the defense to testify in San Diego Superior Court. Attorney Lance Rogers, who represents Jackson,
has said the collective operated legally and required its members to provide a doctor's recommendation and sign
a membership program agreement.Pitts
testified yesterday that he obtained a recommendation, went to the collective, signed
a membership agreement and paid cash for "a few small bags"
of marijuana. But when asked
several questions about the content of the document he signed, he said, "I don't recall." Pitts said
he believed signing the form was a "formality." He did not reveal in court what medical condition caused him
to seek the drug. Jackson faces
several counts related to the possession and sale of marijuana.

Shaping Opinion by Omission and Subterfuge in the court and news!
The UT article above left out so much detail, its
hard to imagine Dana Littlefield was in the same courtroom as us. Many facts, were left
out of their version of the trial, so that the
public (who does not follow this like the mmj community) stays dumb and hostile towards
"drug dealers". Jovan is not a drug
dealer. They lie when they say he is just like the people who sell meth, heroin, etc etc.
Remember, the jury only knows what they are allowed
to hear, and the public is the same. Voter public opinion is being
formed by the UT, by the omission and outright neglect of the facts, in
Mr. Jacksons case, and regarding medical cannabis in
general. Public opinion, translated into votes (or apathy...) keeps the coalition-of-the-mean in power. We must face this fact.
The UT did not say that the police officer who posed as a legitimate patient
was a fraud, not a patient at all. Detective Scott
Henderson, (aka fake hippy Jamie Conlon), has done this trick so many times, its sickening,
yet the UT did not feel it was important
to note in today's article? Did they not feel it was germane to the conversation with the public at large who were not in the courtroom,
and only get their truth (aka news) from them?
Thank god their readership is way
down, and the internet is here.... And thank Her for sending the herb diplomats
from Americans For Safe Access San Diego to the trial,
to give real reporting. Give Thanks! There is still a chance, justice
will prevail at the trial level, but we assume, since its always been
the case, that the jury will convict, not having the facts.
Why? Because the powers that be count on lousy reporting (or it is lousy, is it really by design?)
to infect the publics mind with
just the "facts" they want them to "know". And that the citizenry is asleep. Wake them up
this holiday season, kind herb
folks. Talk to your tribe, wherever you are. Make them see the reality, cannabis is medicine. All the proof in the universe
is readily available, for free, on
this web site, and a few other dot orgs! Try to remember peace.
Facts UT left out:
Also, world renowned Medical Cannabis Expert witness Bill Brit testified.... whats with this omission? And San Diego
anesthesiologist, Dr. Clark testified.... UT? And District
Attorney James Pitt, a real patient, unlike the faux
hippy cop, testified, ok....but the JURY DID NOT GET
TO HEAR WHERE HE WORKED, for Ms. Mean herself, DUMANIS!
UT? This sham of a trial, and sham reporting or lack thereof by the media (are you really really
listening
Fox News conservative mouthpiece, Bill O'Reilly, you are the media too,
sir). Will any big media, "liberal" or "conservative",
attend and accurately report this paradigm shift of a legal show, on Monday,
in the city they call America's finest. Is it
really, or is it New Berlin? All you have to do to see why we call this New Berlin,
is to read your history, folks, and weep. Cry
with those who cry, and laugh with those who laugh, this holiday season. Good Christians,
Jews, Muslims, and people of all faith,
we implore you to come to the only conclusion you can, when discussing the sick and the dying, and
their caregivers. Mr. Jackson
must go
free, and the mad dog DA must stand down.
The monstrous coalition-of-the-mean must be defeated, here, now. on Monday November 30th in department 33. This is
the first case where the jury gets to consider, the medical cannabis defense, and as
well as a collective / cooperative defense.
Seriously,brother Bill, step
up now or you are a tool! And Arnold, dear Governator, why are you silent? BEP? Step up, yo!
Marley Family? oNe LoVe!
Wage Peace!
