We are not sure. Its baffling in the extreme. One thing is sure, however, the speaker

is paid by the government to get people off drugs, which to their way of thinking

means medical cannabis. 

..........and another strange set of circumstances is uncovered...

Either way this game proceeds, Jovan has already determined, that he will get justice. Which entails coming back,

once again, to court in New Berlin on February 19th, to demand the gov't return all property, herb included, they

stole from Answerdam Collective, during the August 2008 raid (for which a jury acquitted him already. whew!)

the herb folks. If it were not for brave herb heroes, like the doc and his wife..... this is IMPORTANT FOR US!

The good doctor has excellent organizing skills, and a huge heart brimming with compassion. We need to model

ourselves on Colorado Herb Warriors behavior in this war. We need to adjust to conditions on the battlefield, as

it were. Standing still and doing the same stuff is not working. The herb folks in Colorado are  moving ahead,

as a group. Why not us? Because of lack of leadership? No. Lack of role models? No. Lack of money (somewhat).

Lack of vision? Kind of. Shift gears, do it fast. Connect at the grass roots level and ask how you can do more.

One way to fight is how they are, announcing a 'Public Boycott' on the CDPHE, in conjunction

with a civil suit to end all civil suits. We are doing the same, lawsuit wise, yet we are understaffed. we are not

even talking about boycotting the lame ass MMTF, but today changes all that. Lets talk it up, ok? Can I get

a witness? Can I get an AMEN?

Times Square Billboard From NORML Denied By CBS

With great regret and chagrin to report, CBS has rejected a contract deal with NORML to place a pro-cannabis law reform advertisement on the biggest electronic billboard in Times Square (The CBS ‘Super Screen’ at 42nd St) claiming that the advertisement is too political. NORML had a contract for the 15 second spot below on the giant billboard (and a second one featuring President Obama and New York City’s high cannabis arrest rate with its shocking racial disparity in enforcement).

Cal NORML is investigating complaints from chronic pain patients who have been forced to submit to drug testing and

threatened with a cutoff of prescription pain medications if they use medical marijuana.

Please let us know if you are aware of any patients in San Diego who have had this problem. Pain clinics have been under

increasing pressure to drug test their patients due to concerns about diversion of prescription opium. Despite the fact

that clinics are under no legal obligation whatsoever to test for marijuana, many have been doing so out of fear of

government prosecution. Not a single doctor has ever been punished for allowing medical marijuana use. Medically,

there is no justification for denying marijuana to chronic pain patients.  Numerous studies have shown that marijuana is helpful

for chronic pain, and actually helps patients reduce their use of addictive opiates. We are seeking to bring this problem

to the attention of policy makers, and have an info packet for patients abused by pain doctors.

The title of the following article from Massachusetts says it all. Without your participation, this madness will never end.

This is a struggle, and you should not expect someone else to carry your load. You know the pro's and con's. 

Look at the cases of herb helping autism in children. We lack leadership, some whine. Bullshit, the true leaders of the

free herb movement are all around you working themselves to death, literally and figuratively. 

Often, these leaders have a much larger personal burden than you all.  Especially you who are smoking the plant primarily

because it feels good….. not something we disdain, in fact most herb folks I know enjoy the herb. But you gain from our

pain, without cost. Please help the sick, herbheads.

There is abundant proof of healing here for you to learn about and share with the ignorant. Ignorant, because they don't know. Tell them.

Then there are the folks who do not care about the sick, dying, or anyone but themselves. Average Republi-Crats all. AMA/DEA/Blackwater shills. They are the enemy. Look them in the eye and demand social justice, now. Take the fight to them. Get in their faces. Be polite, but strong. 

Donna Lambert, Rudy Reyes, Paul Cody, Eddy Lepp, Mara Felsen, Ken Wolski, and Jennell Brownley are our examples. Real suffering patients helping others. Us!

They all suffer, but fight on daily with all they have. FOR YOU!  You know the issues best. Only complacency and lack of effort on your part is keeping us down. Please care enough about your rights to fight for them. Yourself. Do you care enough about the sick and the dying to get up off your couch and make a stand? 

Its serious, herbfolks. The po-lice are watching caregivers, taking notes, getting warrants, and going about their business without a care. They are getting paid to ef us up. Why would they stop now? They won't, unless and until you stop them. You, and me. Us. If you are sincere, and really do not know how to help, write us and we will direct you to to the herb warriors who need help. Send in money as well, to non profits who care. Just effing do it folks, this tune is getting old.....  

Sending money to whoever (NORML, ASA, etc etc) is needed, but giving of yourself is much more timely and efficient. 2010 should be our year, if you care enough to make it happen. We need your help! Its only fair....
